If what quest13 has suggested in selling back the shares and keep the warrants, this could open up the supply side but may not do much the SPP appreciation. It may have a negative effect due to potential over supply. 

Is this what tada was getting at yesterday as to what might happen with no restrictions on the sale of the new offering. Could turn out to be a risk-free venture to whoever can afford it. Sell back the shares, get back your initial investment or most of it and keep the free share purchase warrants. Not bad.    

It may turn out to be a secondary offering to the general public as opposed to bulk purchase by institutional investors as I hoped it would be. Can't see retail fattening up Resverlogix's coffers that easily and quickly.
