I subscribed for 50,000 units. I think it’s very good value. I expect the share price will resume the uptrend after the placement closes. I expect resistance as price approaches $4 due to the trading strategy already mentioned regarding selling the shares and holding the warrants.

But not all subscribers will sell the shares near $4 because it depends on how much conviction they have about the value of the stock. In my opinion a share will be worth much more than $4 right after the placement closes and before topline. Right now the market price is temporarily suppressed due to the offering.
