There are a lot of data scenarios that could make RVX soar, deflate, or possibly even stay in the same place with marginal BoM results but extreme positivity in other areas I suppose ..... 

I actually had a similar thought last night.  A less than stellar topline doesn't necessarily portend the end of apabetalone and may in fact provide more clues to its ultimate success further down the road.  Bear responded to a post I made a couple of months ago on this subject basically saying that while the SP would surely take a beating it doesn't necessary mean it's all over.  (I couldn't easily find that post of his but maybe his database search engine is more sophisticated than mine.)  Bottom line is that I for one wouldn't be to quick to pull the trigger on my stock before all the facts come out.  As long as the resources are there to further the research anything is possible, including a BP buyout albeit at a much lower price.  We just might have to wait longer to get the results we are all looking for.  Having said that, I know that a lot of the folks on this board have already waited a long time so let's hope it doesn't come to that.
