Did I miss an announcement that the MC went over $1 billion? Was there a price higher than $4.94? According to RVX's announced outstanding shares after the last financing (April 1), we need $5.00 to pass $1 billion. At $4.94, we were at $989,518,971. The OTC price I found for that same day was $3.67 USD which using the Bank of Canada conversion rate for that day makes it also $4.94. Correct me if I missed something.
