I feel almost CERTAIN that apabetalone is a "winner" ..... the questions, and as pointed out by others, how? Just too much positive smoke in too many areas. It would be such a bittersweet nightmare to get marginal results, but still significant promise in one area or another. It would be disappointing to learn that apabetalone is "dynamite" but just not in THIS study, or the way the study was focused, powered, oriented ...... necessitating more studies and "time" (maybe lots of time) to get to fruition. But that is entirely possible.

Okay, wash my mouth out with soap. Back to believing that RVX scientists and leaders learned enough from previous studies and experiences to properly construct this BetonMace study to align the proper endpoints and goalposts with the science to get this puppy into the end zone for a game winner ...... and hopefully the "rout" is then on for a whole new world, of additional indications, and molecules with that level of proof & credibility established, and doors opened.

All this talk ... and yet, still, the data will do the real talking in a few months. But, it is indeed interesting, trying to read the news, and signs.

Hopefully, we will all be smiling, and looking back with fond memories (and maybe even laughter) of these events, days, and times. Personally, I believe this will be the case. I guess we ALL believe this will be the case, after all we put our money where our mouth is .....
