I just put it down to accumulation....and imo its taken years because too many people who bought high years and years back when Resverlogix was being actively promoted....they have refused to let go, and many bought more to average down.
Buyers need sellers and retail is incredibly fixated on price and can be prone to impatience.....that's my view, combined with a subway token it'll get you a ride on the TTC.
