KOO - Below is from the May 14 Short Form Prospectus. They plan to list the shares in the offering as well as the shares underlying the warrants (when exercised) but not the actual warrants themselves.
"The outstanding common shares of Resverlogix (“Common Shares”) are listed and posted for trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange (the “TSX”) under the symbol “RVX”. On May 13, 2019, the last trading day prior to the date of this short form prospectus, the closing price of the Common Shares on the TSX was $4.65. The Corporation has applied to list the Offered Shares and the Common Shares underlying the Warrants and Broker Warrants on the TSX. Listing is subject to the approval of the TSX in accordance with its applicable listing requirements. The Corporation has not applied and does not intend to apply to list the Warrants on any securities exchange. There is no market through which the Warrants may be sold and purchasers may not be able to resell the Warrants purchased in the Offering. This may affect the pricing of the Warrants in the secondary market, the transparency and availability of trading prices, the liquidity of the Warrants, and the extent of issuer regulation. See “Risk Factors”. "
