Our Common Shares are listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange (the “TSX”) under the symbol “RVX”. On June 8, 2017, the last trading day prior to the public announcement of this Offering the closing price of the Common Shares on the TSX was $2.05. Application has been made to the TSX to list the Common Shares and Warrants forming part of the Units, as well as the Warrant Shares issuable upon exercise of the Warrants. Listing of the Common Shares, Warrants and the Warrant Shares will be subject to us fulfilling all of the listing requirements of the TSX. Closing of the Offering is subject to receipt by us of prior approval for the Offering by the TSX, subject only to the usual condition.
