I don't think Resverlogix going to the Naz requires an IPO...I was reading up on it last night and it would simply be a move from the OTC to the Nasdaq by my understanding.
Previously I was thinking of this as a chicken and egg situtation.....that the company would need good top-line results to raise money, but that being on the Naz would make attracting investment after (hopefully) good top-line would make it easier.
Waiting for top-line to raise and then going to the Naz afterwards would mean maybe not getting the biggest bang if the numbers are all good.
It seems to me there's logic to this move if a Naz listing is the near term goal.....raise enough ahead of results to get listed, then release top-line and raise more.
