,,in regards to an uplisting to a US exchange,,,did RVX not note that they would also be interested in taking over a distressed company on such an exchange,,,,,you know there are other ways to get what you want in this respect outside of the standard uplist requirements,,,,,,,,,,,this point was discussed at a meeting a few years ago by RVX if memory serves me corretly....!

No need to rush!!!,,,if by September we were lucky enuff to be in the teens then we should be uplisted in due time,,,,!
