The more I think about it the more I'm convinced that the company is going to try for a Nasdaq listing before Top-Line is out.....it just makes too much sense to me.

Why be just an obscure TSX/OTC stock when announcing what could be ground breaking Phase 3 BETonMACE results?  The TSX/OTC is fine now, there's not much to say....besides which, with debt still on the books and hardly any cash, a Nasdaq listing probably isn't even possible right now. 

But depending on how this share offering goes, things could be materially different very soon....we will probably know this coming week.  DNDStocks I believe is lock step with me on this....I do think this has been the plan all along, and the announcement about Rothschild & Co back on July 31st...I think that was just setting things up for the expected end of year wrap up of BETonMACE. Things just got backed up a bit with the trial running longer than was expected.

If memory serves Don reiterated the goal of a US listing and the continued engagment of Rothschild to that end during the Roth Confernce back in March.....

I guess a lot will depend on how much (if any) money is raised with this current share offering....if Resverlogix pays off Third Eye and has $10 million or so in the bank afterwards (the more then better) then I'm going to be pretty damn sure on this POV.
