I am in the camp the PP will close when it closes and I am not waiting with baited breath every hour for the close. I am expecting the raise to be between $25 to $35mill, hopefully to the higher end.

The first PR stated that the offering was available to Alberta, BC and Ont investors plus US investors due to the below exemption. Was this exemption for US investors removed in the final offfering as everyone keeps talking about the 3 provinces only?

"The offering will be conducted on a best efforts basis by Bloom Burton Securities Inc., the company's agent for the offering in Canada. The units may also be offered for sale in the United States on a private placement basis pursuant to an exemption from the registration requirements of the United States Securities Act of 1933, as amended, and applicable state laws".
