They need to meet 2,400 patients directly, collect/enter data and then go back and do a follow up phone call. I know that this is going on in several countries and hospitals, but just the sheer task is mind blowing. Then there is this data lock issue...I assume that requires a lot of boxes to be ticked, data to be verified. Throw in 2 weeks minimum of basic top line data analysis. So I automatically assumed a full 4 months and more. That is why I was mentally resigned to end of August.
So mid calendar 2019 to me was +/- 1 month around June 30. I am now assuming July end.
Re non-dilutive, it can also mean pre payments for the right to sell the drug in some country. Or something like that. Selling the right may not be dilutive.
