The past 2 weeks have seen RVX rebound on Thursday and Friday and I like the chances for that to continue today and tomorrow given the oversold technical situation combined with anticipation on the closing of this offering.....

The flip side is that for the past two weeks...that is to say this week's Mon/Tues/Wed and last week's....they haven't been as kind.  

Still can't get the thought of a Nasdaq listing out of my head....and doing some searching I came across this IPO S-1 filing for a company called BioVie currently trading OTC with a PPS of about a dime and a market cap of less than $32 million USD.

I don't know what the status is currently, that S-1 is dated April 30th just passed.  But the more I think about it the less I'm willing to dismiss the possibility of Resverlogix applying to list on the Naz.  I have to keep reminding myself that the NYSE Amex is still another possibility, there's even an index for Amex listed biotechs....and I imagine their listing standards are easier to meet.  But to my thinking the Naz has a bigger profile and is the preferred listing for biotech stocks in general.
