DM had addressed this issue in a meeting I had with him...and he said that a 3 point MACE would have reduced the RRR down by 10 percentage points.  I see no reason to doubt that...but I would point out that Phase 2 trial was only for 6 months, and the MACE events curves keep separating over time.  

But to be on the safe side, I am assuming a 20 percentage point difference in 3/5 MACE...so a RRR from Phase 3 of about 37% is my working assumption.

Don't forget that eGFR also showed an improvement of 3% in 6 months...since the improvements increase over time, I am assuming 5% increase in eGFR.
