Tada - I see your point. But if the SP was $20 then the warrants will be trading at something less than that. So, to get the $20/share would you not first have to have the cash to covert those warrants into CS? I suppose you can short the stock and use the cash from that to covert the warrants @ $4.60/W. Is that how it works......in the absence of first putting up the cash?
