paladin - Most brokerages that I know of would be happy to lend you the money to exercise the warrants for 2 to 5 days. Cash or margin account, no problem. When it comes to registered accounts they want the transaction to be fully completed before a month end. Also all of the outstanding warrants of these two issues are fully tradable so you could just sell the warrants into the market. As jj said though there may be a little discount if a bunch of people are doing it all at once.
