Placebo rate now that 250 MACE has been reached

BearDownAZ,
Please forgive me for bringing this up again.
Now that we are 1 week or so away from the 2 months where 250 MACE has been reached, I am hoping to discover a sliver of info that we might have missed about the placebo rates in similar trial populations as the BETonMACE trial.
We know the company was wrong twice about when the trial should have ended and that hints to me that something that MACE was happeing less often either in the treated population or the PLACEBO population.
Let's assume it was the PLACEBO population. Is there any other placebo population that is similar to this our trial. You mentioned 2 in the past, but my memory is not what it used to be and I will later try to search this site for your previous posts, but maybe you or someone else can point us ito those posts again.
I remeber you talking about 2 trials and that we should have an even higher placebo rate than them because we have sicker patients (because of,... sorry I forget again). I rmember also that we needed to know how many patients years were reached in our trial but the company will not release that info.
But the company knows that info and can share it with whom they like (Third-Eye, HL, etc..)
If we were to know what the global (not the per 100 patient years) placebo rate of similar treated patients, and maybe add a percent or 2 to that cause we have sicker patients)
Thanks for you patience with this!
