Tada - That was my view in my first post on this topic that it seems to be a confident view of BoM by management. Yes, options give more leeway to only exercise when it is working for you but on the other side, you don't pay for the RSU's anyway. You don't really pay the tax on them, you just don't get as many shares as is announced. The company has to pony up the cash for the taxes. The only immediate affect to you is if it puches you to a higher tax rate.
