You plugged in one assumption of placebo event rate. To be clear, this is a huge unknown. Past trials give guidance, but the actual placebo event rate for BETonMACE in unknown. Instead of 7 events per 100 patient years, if you plug in 6 or 8 your excercise would yield a 3% and 53% RRR, respecitively for apabetalone. That should give you an appreciation for how much the unknown of the placebo event rate could affect the predicted outcome.
