On or about July 4/19 there will be another NR that will provide an updated timeframe for the top-line announcement. The July 31/18 NR discussed the intention to pursue a US listing, and the timing of that was meant to more or less coincide with the top-line announcement.  Rothschild was engaged to evaluate a US listing, but the intention was to pursue it.

If they do come out with a notice to effect a SP consolidation then, well, I think we might have a pretty good idea as to how this trial might turn out.

On the other hand, maybe I should change my moniker to ‘Sargent Schultz’......I know Nothing..Nothing....!!
