golfyeti - I didn't doubt your numbers at all but since the ones I had posted just before this were a fair amount lower, I wanted to check why. I went back to the post I had made some time back to get what it was about and found that I had mentioned in it that it wasn't everything, just a quick look I had done to get some perspective that the number was quite large to answer a query of GAC's. I should not have reposted it without going back to look and again put in that qualifier. Sorry Bear, for the weak info. Just glancing at RVX's NR's was okay for that time but not for the current question. I missed a couple of large ones that weren't the primary info. in the NR. I have checked them and now have agreed reasonably up to March 12 which was included in the quarter ending Jan. 31 MD&A. At that time they stated 31,078,689 warrants but there were also 1,681,468 equity classified warrants bring ing it to 32,760,157 warrants. The ECW's just have different tax effects as they were compensation for services, etc. so are income to the grantee. Even though they aren't warrants but still have the effect at exercise of putting cash into the company,  there were 1,607,900 options so a total of 34,368,057 exerciseable issues that could put cash into the company. Since then, there has been 2,516,667 warrants on April 1st and the warrants from the recent PO so there are probably over 40 million exerciseable now.

I have been away since yesterday and just catching up now but in looking at this, I noticed something that is pertinent to Bear's question that started this topic. The 5 million warrants that Eastern Capital received for the Letter of Credit on the Citi loan will expire on August 15th/19. If results are good for BoM, one would expect those warrants to be exercised and that would cover 1/3 or more of the remaining Third Eye Loan if the results were released on time. They only exercise at $0.75 so $3,750,000 but it helps. The $0.90 E. Capital warrants that someone mentioned a little while back expired or were exercised last year. Hopefully some others jump in to exercise also as there is a lot of potential funds for the company there. The recent options exercises were nice to see but they only add up to about $100,000.
