FWIW, I am sold on MACE reduction and renal disease targets being met.  This Dementia is the one I am most unsure about.  It is too small a patient group, too short a time (maybe?)...and we are talking about 70+ year aged people improving their MoCA scores.  A very tall order, IMHO.
