Continuing the train a thought with something touched on earlier... its not like they actually went into Phase 3 on their own, SHL had jumped on board in April of 2015....that's over 6 months before BETonMACE got underway in November of the same year. I don't know if that qualifies in everyone's eyes, but I'm thinking it should count....
