paladin - There is a possibility but very minute. Discussions if they are happening would have been going on for month if not years already in the form of "what if's". Every party to those potential discussions will have to be extremely careful at this time as we are so close to trial results(Top Line) being disseminated. Any impropriety could garner a very large law suite from any direction as the size of the prize could be so massive. 

I don't know what the protocol is for TSX listed companies for how long a time span they have to disseminate critical information to the public is, however in this case it would be reasonable to assume that protocol would be followed to the letter.
