Question re what happens after DBL.

Is it correct to assume that once the data has been analyzed by RVX, and a summary form is ready, they need to get all the principal investigators and scientists all into one room in Calgary (or wherever they want), so that each of them can give their formal approval in person (and presumably personally sign off on the results)?
