It is usually in the second week of September in conjunction with Zenith Epigenetics AGM. It has also been as late as December a few years back. In the December year I recall they needed permission from the TSE or securities people for the delay. As of now, no notice of AGM is released and if it were my decision to make on when AGM will be held I would be holding off till TLD or more is public.

I have attended every AGM and special meeting since 2008.

Generally, the meetings are worth attending, and this next one should be exceptional with positive TLD!
