"or forgetfulness bordering on negligence?"

Can't be forgetfulness in my opinion. They are intentionally not updating the fact sheet or providing an updated corporate update, at least based on their reply to me back in mid-May. The question is why is this still the case 3 months later? Is the prospect offering still open? Is the status of the prospectus offering still restricting or influencing Resverlogix's decision to update the fact sheet and corporate presentation? Is there some kind of blackout/quiet period surrounding the database lock and imminent top-line date release? Here is the response from May:

"Thank you for your inquiry. For the duration of the prospectus offering that is currently being undertaken (please see the May 14 and 15 news releases for further information on the Offering as well as timing expectations etc.), the company has opted to temporarily remove the corp. presentation from its website. Although the filed preliminary short form prospectus clearly states that information on the company website should not be relied upon by prospective investors for the purpose of determining whether to invest under the Offering (where one should rely solely on info contained within or by reference in the short form prospectus), we’ve made the decision to simply remove the corp. presentation during this period in part to avoid the possibility that regulators may view it as Offering marketing materials that are subject to certain requirements under prospectus rules and thus potentially creating some delays on closing."
