Paladin - You have read the July NR to be stating that DBL is expected in September. The statement below from that NR could just as easily be stating that top-line results rather than DBL are projected for September. If that is the case, DBL could have already occured. The statement can reasonably be read either way as "DBL currently projected" or "two weeks after DBL currently projected". 

• Approximately two weeks after DBL – currently projected for within September 2019 – top-line results (i.e. primary and selected secondary endpoints) are expected to be announced
