Instead of going into all manner of speculation, do the simple thing: just ask the Investor Relations of RVX. I am sure they will be happy to explain all this to you.
I know that RVX people etc. had to be in one room in Calgary. I forgot to ask whether the CRO people also need to be physically there too. Maybe not...maybe the results are given out to all in one video presentation.
