When reading Bear's initial post my first thought was the primary endpoint and the 2 major secondary ones.  Given how invested the good doctor is in the outcome he's probably as excited as anyone and therefore prone to burst of exuberance.  People make mistakes.  In any case, the company has already announced a September topline so he wouldn't be breaking any major rules by mentioning the 22 day timeline.  I can't imagine that he's referring to anything other than BoM.  Like many, I would have expected an announcement sooner but if it is around the 25th then fine.  As long as it's the result we all want to hear.  As for the loan, it would need to be paid back at some time regardless of the outcome.  If it isn't the 16th then we'll be in for another extension.
