Cabel - Take a look at the video clip that GAC posted for the wrap of the ESC. The same one I mentioned a couple of days ago regarding SGLT2s. I think it was posted on Sept 04. Listen to it a couple of times. There is lots of stuff in it for today and tomorrow.
Specifically regarding your question about getting .06 or .05 and less. In the video they talk about a drug that just barely missed but had good or better results in the female population in whatever drug trial they were talking about. In all cases it will be up to the EMA/FDA to make those determinations in the end.
