EagleEyeCap, I'm not an expert in anything particularly how one tracks share purchases so I don't understand how you speculate that Dart sold 100k and why he/Eastern want liquidity at this stage. Can you explain. The only hint I see is that Dart recently put more $ into Zenith, thus potentially gaining from the royalty preferred shares of RVX but that is pure speculation on my part.

Re time lines based my years in executive positions I believe Don wants the best case scenarios presented but the clinical side, scientists, statistical analysis company, etc can only do so much no matter what time pressures are put on them. They may even find things that need to be explored that are important but take more time.

I'm hoping the estimate for TL is met for Sept 30. I do believe that all involved are and will do their best.
