That is my point of view too. RVX is just laying the ground work for whatever comes...good or bad. This announcement only tells us that RVX will themselves get the data sometime after 4pm on Friday.
But there is one item that has been resolved: no more delays! That in itself has to be a positive...the end is nigh...and we won't have to wait for "about" Sept 30 anywhere.
