I'm wondering if some people on this board are reading to much into Goldman Sachs. Ms. Simone Song is a "former" investment banker and head of China Healthcare at Goldman Sachs. She is "currently" the General Partner and managing partner at Ori Star Fund which is a global healthcare investor focused on investing in innovative companies with disruptive technologies. Simone no longer works at Goldman.

Just because a few larger trades were made through a Goldman Sachs desk does not mean that Goldman is onside with Resverlogix. The trades could have been directed through Goldman just to create an illusion which is neither here nor there at this moment. The people at Ori Star are likely extremely well connected to both the healthcare industry and investors that invest in disruptive technologies which could be fantastic for RVX but with no direct connection to Goldman Sachs.

Ori Star is entitled to nominate a director to the Resverlogix Board if Directors but that doesn't mean they will, or even if they do, that that nominated director would garner enough votes to be elected.

Don't get me wrong, I'm excited to have Ori Star's involvement, just keep it in perspective.
