I listened to the webcast again and I'm sorry, it was DM that made the statement about academic embargos. 

They could have lengthened the webcast past 5 minutes but would not have told us any more. They would have just been repeating what they said. Actually Dr. Wong said the same as DM but just used different words. I imagine he was just included to try add credibility as most of this always comes from DM. The bottom line is they told us what they could. We can only wait until AHA to find out more.
