Just as a follow up......and I haven't read every post the last couple of days so forgive me if this has already been repeated.....but when DM talks about highly recommending holding off any big decisions until full data release and embargo rules with the AHA then it seems very plausible to me that the combined  crestor/lipitor results dragged down the overall picture in a way that caused missing the primary endpoint.  If that's true then I'm sure they don't have a lot of good things to say about the FDA these days but that's neither here nor there.  It is what it is.
