Well, I don't know (as always ...hahaha). My feeling is that the Chinese want this IP and debt does not matter. Chinese gov't banks will fund any reasonable and important IP. If they can cash out at a huge gain I think they might take the offer but now we have Hepalink, also a Shenzhen capital co in for 2+%, Osi and Newsoara in for $15mm USA at Zenith.

If push come to shove they'll get it but I think Don will do anything in his power to prove out some drug for market and thus raise the stakes.
