In responding to iconoclast about the placebo rate being lower, or restating it, the SOC being better I simply tried to look at the problem logically. Not being a scientist or statistician, logic was the only tool left in my tool box. Everyone on this board, or that invests in biotech or pharma's would have to question why we do that if we didn't expect positive results. There is billions upon billions invested each year trying to get better results than there was the previous year for any problem or issue. In my example there was up to nine years between the design of the trials that were used as the basis for our trial. If there was no difference in the SOC experience after that amount of time and that many billions invested then we should all reassess why we are investing in this investment category to begin with.
