The reason I say its a spitball number is because Alzheimer's gets a lot of play in the news with our ageing population....on top of which there's no treatment for it yet.
Its one of those perception over reality things....I agree that CKD is probably the bigger opportunity, but in the near term I think a potential treatment for Alzheimer's would generate more excitment from the market.
