Yes, MoCA is considered a good detector of cognitive impairment. A simple google search would have sufficed. Of course it is possibly that despite biomarker improvement that no apabetalone improvement of MoCA score relative to placebo is observed. Kind of an obvious answer to your question.....this is why clinical trials are run.
