To help people sharpen their forecasts, I thought I would point out that a C$5 share price will equal about US$1 billion market cap. So a C$20 forecast would equal US$4 billion market cap...essentially an Amarin like outcome.
Note that the warrants are now trading with an implied C$5 breakeven (for the more liquid C$4.6 strike warrant which is trading at C$0.35).
I am assuming that the share price will exceed C$5 and result in all warrants etc being converted into equity, and that our new Goldman Sachs friends in Hong Kong will convert their debt to new shares. I am also assuming an equity raise after Nov 16 of about C$20 million or so, which will add to the # of outstanding shares. All of this will mean about 260 million shares.
