That is where the warrants are breakeven at.  Even if the results are fantastic, I think too much damage has been done to the RVX credibility.  There is also supply coming out at $4 from the deal in May.  Finally, RVX does need to raise capital...which I suspect will be done around $4 to $5, assuming we get there to begin with. 

I sure hope I am proven totally wrong.
