iconoclast - I don't think anyone knows anything about the data specifically but there is a big element of suggestion from past trials that the Crestor/Apabetalone arm of the trial will carry the brunt of the "good data" that we will be be looking for. If there is any truth to that thought it would stand to reason that some will be more optimistic than others, I know I am. Missing the Top Line by a small amount is suggestive of one element not working as well as hoped. Since we always want someone to blame for any misgivings, Lipitor seems like a great target for taking the heat. We will all know when the data finally comes out.
