Very very interesting. The amyloid hypothesis isn't dead yet! Roche is bringing their amyloid beta antibody into clinical trials with their brain shuttle tech to enhance brain exposure (see here). And now Biogen is banking on the high dose of aducanumab. Approval is not a slam dunk guarantee, but seems possible.
