,,,since Biogen is targeting the amyloid plaque build up in the brain, which seems to be at least part of the AD issue as this deposited plaque triggers neuron inflammation,,,,and these plaques are in theory supposed to be removed by our liver prior to getting into ones brain,,do we know if apabetalone does anything to the improve liver function??...if inflammation is present in the liver as we age, is it possible, that the primary cause for conitive issues in later years be the result of this relationship?,,,,,,I dont remember of seeing any info on liver function and apabetalone...but it maybe the fact that I have too much THC in mine,,no matter,,,,the down regulation of inflammation in our major orgasns from head to toe just might be the key to our future imo. Thoughts?
