KOO ... potentially a "bird in the hand" ROI now (cash on the barrel head), with no further risk, and sales/marketing rights in their agreed upon markets/domains, cash now based on their 40+ % ownership in shares going from their initial investment pps to $15-30 potentially? ... tempting?
Yeah, if they are financially healthy enough to meet current needs and take on the additional short term investment costs for adding apabetalone manufacturing, marketing, sales, distribution, and additional significant research dollars (either alone or with their own financial partners) ... AND the future sales potential looks HUMONGOUS, i.e. an ROI that looks safe/assured with low risk and dwarfing a rise in their investment from $2-ish to $20-30 ... then yeah, they will do that if they can!
Just hard to turn down cash on the barrel head, risk elimination, remaing market opportunity selling in China etc, in addition to the great ROI now ... as a consideration!
