However, the intent of the post still stands, bio-techs are the only companies I can think of where full disclosure is not available to the shareholders of companies and they thus have to make buy or sell decisions in a vacum of minimal to partial disclosure, while the actual info is actually available but embargoed.

Anyways, your point is made and my main point is the realities of bio-tech investing make it a strange playing field for info.  lets go data.
