Thanks for the publication links - it's open access so folks can get the whole article easily.  Very nice and easy-to-understand review. But not the blockbuster publication we were hoping for that presents the BoM results.  Hopefully, this one is setting-the-stage and soon will be followed by the confirmation study. 

This brings up something that hasn't been mentioned yet - Don suggested that publication embargoes (as well as the AHA embargo) might be in play here.  If so, will they still be in effect for tomorrow's call? Unlikely that anything presented in an 'investors webcast' would be seen as 'prior publication' of results but there will be hard copies of the webcast slides floating around so Don may still have to be careful in what he shows.  Note that some of the slides used yesterday at the AHA are in this publication but it was available first so that is OK.
