Clinical trials should be more like upside down pyramids, aiming for multiple targets & hoping to hit at least one with high clarity!!

Totally agree,... I was very surprised the scientists at the AHA did not have that attitude. It should be them that put the pressure on the FDA or EMA etc,.. to change their philosophy and approach. If the presentation at the AHA was given using that approach everyone would have been excited that we have a new drug for 3 point MACE with CHF instead of Stoke,...

Instead they were making comments that the drug should not be given to patients,... needs further study,.... etc,...sounds like they need to be re-eductaed on how it should be as much as the FDA.
